With the adoption in 2018 of the Regulation defining the new Connecting Europe Facility CEF 2 – Digital, was created solid financial and regulatory instrument for the development of the digital sector in the EU. With this Mechanism, EU is aiming to provide fast and secure, based on 5G-tehnology internet network and to provide a basis for intelligent, sustainable economic growth. The purpose of the article is to analyze the aims of the CEF 2 Digital mechanism and the impact that it will have on Bulgarian legislation, as well as to outline key recommendations for amending and supplementing it. |
