Popis: | Međulaboratorijska usporedba je najprikladniji način za sustavno praćenje kvalitete rezultata. U svrhu izrade diplomskog rada provedena je jedna takva usporedba. Predmet usporedbe bilo je mjerilo tlaka u rasponu 0 – 15 bar. Prvo ispitivanje provedeno je u referentnom laboratoriju (LPM) na Fakultetu strojarstva i brodogradnje. Mjerilo tlaka umjereno je prema etalonskoj tlačnoj vagi interne oznake TLVAG_01, a kao radni medij za generiranje tlaka korišteno je ulje. Predmet usporedbe nakon toga poslan je prema principu kruženja u još tri laboratorija. Završno mjerenje izvedeno je također u referentnom laboratoriju. Sva mjerenja izvedena su prema DKD-R 6-1 smjernicama, odabran je tip B usporedbe, a mjerni raspon podijeljen je 9 pojedinačnih mjerenja (0, 2, 4, 6, 7, 9, 11, 13, 15 bar). Dobiveni rezultati prikazani su tablično i grafički, a analiza rezultata provedena je metodom usporedbe prema E n vrijednosti. Interlaboratory comparison is the most appropriate way to systematically monitor the quality of results. For the purpose of making this graduate thesis paper such a comparison was carried out. The subject of comparisons was electrical pressure gauge with the meassuring range from 0 to 15 bar. The first test was carried out in the reference laboratory (LPM) at the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering. Pressure gauge was calibrated according to dead weight tester with internal code TLVAG_01, using oil as pressure generating medium. After that gauge was sent in three different laboratories, one after another. Final measurements were also performed in the reference laboratory. All measurements were done according to DKD-R 6-1 guidelines, using sequence B as selected type of meassuring. Measurement range was divided into 9 individual measurements (0, 2, 4, 6, 7, 9, 11, 13, 15 bar). The results are shown in tables and charts, and the analysis of results was done according to E n values method of comparison. |
