Popis: U sklopu završnog rada bilo je potrebno konstruirati atmosfersku rektifikacijsku kolonu za kontinuirano razdvajanje smjese etanol-voda s uređajem za povrat topline. Provedena je analiza dimenzija štedne grijalice s obzirom na različite temperature komine prije ulaska u kolonu te je odabran proizvoljan slučaj za daljnji proračun. U kasnijem dijelu proračuna provedena je analiza potrošnje energije i medija te broja plitica s obzirom na iznos refluksa. Za odabrani slučaj određen je tip plitice te dimenzionirana sama kolona kao i geometrijske karakteristike plitice. Na kraju je bilo potrebno izraditi sklopni crtež kolone. In this study it was necesarry to construct an atmospheric rectification column with heat recovery unit for continuous separation of ethanol-water mixture. An analysis for dimensions of heat recovery unit regarding different temperatures of the feed before entering the column was performed, and an arbitrary case was selected for further calculation. In the later part of the calculation, an analysis of energy consumption, fluid consumption, and the number of trays with regard to the amount of reflux was performed. For the selected case, the tray-type was selected and the column itself was dimensioned as well as the geometric characteristics of the tray. In the end, it was necessary to make an assembly drawing of the column.
