Popis: | U radu je provedeno ispitivanje karakteristika termostatirane vodene kupke kakva se najčešće koristi za umjeravanje termometara, no u ovom slučaju koristi se kao izmjenjivački medij za kontrolu temperature visokotemperaturnog generatora vlažnosti. Opisane su karakteristike i način rada generatora vlažnosti za temperature od +1 °C do +65 °C. U svrhu što točnijih rezultata ispitivanja kupke, prethodno je bilo potrebno umjeriti termometre koji su se koristili u procesu. Termostatirane kupke ispituju se zbog utvrđivanja homogenosti (aksijalnih i radijalnih gradijenata) i stabilnosti temperature u njima, koji su ujedno i kriteriji kvalitete konstrukcije kupke. Prikazana je metoda provjere navedenih parametara. Na kraju rada, izloženi su rezultati ispitivanja popraćeni odgovarajućim grafovima i tablicama. The work is about testing the characteristics of calibration bath, most commonly used for calibration of thermometers. In this case bath was used as thermally controlled environment for accommodation of the high-temperature dew-point generator. The characteristics and operating principle of the dew-point generator in temperature range from +1 °C to +65 °C are evaluated. For achieving the higher accuracy of the bath test results, thermometers used during testing were previously calibrated. Calibration baths are tested to determine the homogeneity (axial and radial gradients) and the stability of temperature, that are also quality indicators for calibration baths. A procedure for evaluation of these parameters is demonstrated. The test results are accompanied by corresponding graphs and tables at the end of the paper. |
