Ovaj diplomski rad prikazuje proces razvoja i konstruiranja traktorskog priključka za usitnjavanje drvnih ostatka (sječke). U početku rada analizirani su način priključka na traktor te parametri traktorskog pogona. Nakon toga, dan je pregled postojećih uređaja na tržištu i relevantnih patenata. Zatim se izradila funkcijska struktura uređaja pomoću koje je izrađena morfološka matrica. Kombiniranjem rješenja iz morfološke matrice izrađena su tri koncepta. Koncepti su međusobno uspoređeni kako bi se odabrao najbolji. Taj je koncept detaljno razrađen, provedeni su potrebni proračuni, a zatim je izrađen 3D model uređaja i tehnička dokumentacija. This master's thesis shows the process of development and design of tractor mounted woodchipper. At the beginning, ways of attaching to the tractor and parameters of the tractor drive were analyzed. After that, an overview of the existing devices on the market and relevant patents was given. Then, the functional structure was created, with the help of which the morphological matrix was made. By combining solutions from morphological matrix, three concepts were developed. The concepts were compared with each other to choose the best one. This concept was elaborated in detail, necessary calculations were made and then the 3D model of the device and technical documentation were made. |
