Popis: | Ovim diplomskim radom dan je pregled fizikalnih osnova mjerenja tlaka te pregled osnovnih normi i uputa za provedbu ispitivanja i umjeravanja mjerila tlaka. Najznačajniji pravilnici i upute za umjeravanje su pravilnici EURAMET-a i DKD-a. Glavni cilj ovog diplomskog rada bio je osposobiti i sljedivo ispitati funkcionalnost i ispravnost mjernog sustava u vlasništvu Laboratorija za procesna mjerenja (LPM) na Fakultetu strojarstva i brodogradnje u Zagrebu. Eksperimentalni dio diplomskog rada odrađen je u LPM-u. Mjerni je sustav dobiven u vidu donacije iz njemačke autoindustrije, u kojoj je korišten za ispitivanje senzora tlaka u automobilima. Glavni dio mjernog sustava je programibilni pneumatski regulator i mjerilo tlaka naziva DPI 520 (proizvođača Druck). On je namijenjen primjeni u automatskom umjeravanju i ispitivanju mjerila tlaka do 1 MPa. Korištenjem tlačne vage PG7601 (proizvođača DHI), provedeno je umjeravanje regulatora DPI 520. Funkcionalnost mjernog sustava ispitana je naknadnim umjeravanjem manje kvalitetnog mjerila tlaka – transmitera tlaka PMC51 (proizvođača Endress + Hauser), korištenjem regulatora tlaka DPI 520. This master's thesis provides an overview of the physical basics of pressure measurement, as well as an overview of basic standards and guidelines for testing and calibration of pressure gauges. The most significant rulebooks and guidelines for calibration are those of EURAMET and DKD. The main purpose of this master's thesis was to bring to function and test capabilities of the measuring system owned by the Laboratory for process measurement (LPM) at the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering and Naval Architecture. The experimental part of this master's thesis was done in LPM. The measuring system was obtained as a donation from the German car industry, where it was used to test pressure sensors in cars. The main part of the measuring system is a programmable pneumatic pressure controller and gauge called DPI 520 (manufactured by Druck). It is intended for use in automatic calibration and testing of pressure gauges up to 1 MPa. The DPI controller was calibrated using PG7601 pressure balance (manufactured by DHI). The functionality of measuring system was tested by subsequent calibration of a lower-quality pressure gauge – pressure transmitter PMC51 (manufactured by Endress + Hauser), using the DPI 520 pressure controller. |
