Design of heating system for residential and commercial building

Popis: U ovom radu projektiran je sustav grijanja i pripreme potrošne tople vode poslovno-stambene zgrade na području grada Biograda. Zgrada se sastoji od 4 etaže, podruma u kojem se nalazi strojarnica i restoran te prizemlja i dva kata s ukupno 12 stanova. Projektni toplinski gubici za zimsko razdoblje su izračunati prema normi HRN EN 12831 te iznose 25,7 kW. Sustav grijanja predviđen je pomoću dizalice topline zrak-voda učina 28,24 kW pri vanjskoj temperaturi -6°C gdje je vanjska jedinica smještena na krov zgrade te pomoću solarnih kolektora. U stanovima i u restoranu predviđeno je podno grijanje s temperaturnim režimom 36/30°C dok je u kupaonicama predviđena dodatna instalacija električnih ljestvi. U sustav se postavlja međuspremnik ogrjevne vode zapremnine 475 L koji sadrži izmjenjivač topline povezan sa solarnim sustavom. Međuspremnik akumulira toplinsku energiju i omogućuje mirniji rad dizalice topline. Sustav pripreme potrošne tople vode sastoji se od dva bivalentna akumulacijska spremnika kapaciteta 931 L svaki. Potrošna topla voda u spremnicima zagrijava se pomoću solarnih kolektora i dizalice topline te električnog grijača koji služi kao zaštita od legionele. Dvadeset pločastih kolektora postavljeno je na krov zgrade, orijentiranih prema jugu pod nagibom 60°. Uz rad priloženi su i crteži u kojima je definiran raspored opreme po etažama te funkcionalna shema spajanja sustava i automatske regulacije. As part of this thesis a heating system and a domestic hot water system were designed for the residential-business building in the city of Biograd territory. Building consists of 4 floors, basement where is the machinery and restaurant, and ground floor and 2 storeys with 12 apartments. Total projected heat losses during winter period, calculated according to the HRN EN 12831 standard, are 25,7 kW. Heating system is designed via air-water heat pump of 28,24 kW while outside temperature is 6°C where the outside unit is set on the roof, and solar collectors. Floor heating is predicted for the apartments and restaurant with heating regime 36/30°C, while in the bathrooms are additionally installed electric ladder radiators. The system is equipped with 475 L hot water tank with spiral heat exchanger connected with collectors which provides steady work of a heat pump. Domestic hot water preparation consists of two bivalent storage tanks of 941 L capacity each. Domestic hot water in the tanks is heated using solar collectors, heat pump and electric heater which we use only for protection of legionela. Twenty flat plate solar thermal collectors are set on the roof, oriented to the south under the slope of 60°. Along with this work, technical documentation which defines equipment disposition over the floors and the functional scheme of the system and automatic regulation system, is submitted.
