U sklopu diplomskog rada analizirani su i simulirani proizvodni procesi tvrtke PORTES. Definiran je pojam simulacija te su ukratko objašnjene prednosti i nedostatci. Analiza proizvodnih procesa obuhvatila je prikupljanje podataka iz stvarnog okruženja te kreiranje simulacije za trenutno stanje. Simulacije su izvođene pomoću programa Entreprise Dynamics. Za potrebe razumijevanja modela i simulacija pomoću tog programa dan je uvid u način rada programa te su opisane njegove mogućnosti. Pomoću programa su prikupljene informacije o iskoristivosti radnih stanica te podatci o broju proizvedenih prozora u ovisnosti o vremenu. Drugi dio rada bazirao se na prijedlozima za unaprjeđenje trenutnog procesa. Predstavljene su četiri opcije koje bi povećale kapacitet proizvodnje i riješile problem uskog grla. Na kraju rada dana je usporedba osnovnog i proširenog modela. Također, predložene su dodatne mogućnosti koje bi poboljšale proces odnosno povećale efikasnost. In this thesis, the production processes of the PORTES company were analyzed and simulated. The term simulation is defined as its advantages and disadvantages are briefly explained. The analysis of production processes included the collection of data from the production environment and the creation of a simulation for the current state. The simulations were performed using the Enterprise Dynamics program. For the purpose of understanding models and simulations using this program, an insight into the way that the program works is given and its capabilities are described. The program is used to collect information on the utilization of workstations and data on the number of windows produced depending on the time. The second part of the work was based on proposals for improving the current process. Four options were presented, the options that would increase the production capacity and solve the problem of the bottleneck. At the end, a comparison of the primary and conclusive models is given. Also, additional options were proposed that would improve the process or increase efficiency. |
