Popis: Rad je podijeljen na tri dijela. U prvom dijelu opisan je razvoj nuklearne energetike i tendencija budućeg razvoja kao i neki od osnovnih pojmova iz područja nuklearne energetike. U drugom dijelu izvršena je klasifikacija nuklearnih elektrana prema tipu reaktora. Obrađeno je devet tipova reaktora u manjoj ili većoj mjeri. Ovdje je naglasak najviše stavljen na tlakovodni i kipući reaktor kao dva tipa reaktora koji su danas u najvećem broju zastupljeni u nuklearnim elektranama, natrijem hlađeni brzi reaktor također je nešto detaljnije opisan kao najviše razvijen predstavnik reaktora IV generacije. U trećem dijelu postavljeni su matematički modeli za proračun termodinamičkih efikasnosti parnog kružnog ciklusa tlakovodnog i natrijem hlađenog reaktora, naposljetku su izračunate i uspoređene termodinamičke efikasnosti. The work is divided into three parts. The first part describes the development of nuclear energy and the tendency of future development, as well as some of the basic terms in the field of nuclear energy. In the second part, nuclear power plants were classified according to reactor type. Nine reactor types were described to a greater or lesser extent. Here, the emphasis is mostly placed on pressurized water reactor and boiling water reactor as the two types of reactors that are represented in the largest number in nuclear power plants today, the sodium cooled fast reactor is also described in more detail as the most developed representative of generation IV reactors. In the third part, mathematical models for calculating the thermodynamic efficiencies of the steam cycle of pressurized water and sodium cooled reactors were set, and finally, the thermodynamic efficiencies were calculated and compared.
