Popis: U uvodnom dijelu diplomskog rada opisani su osnovni pojmovi mjerenja koji su potrebni za shvaćanje rezultata mjerenja. Uz pojmove mjerenja, opisani su i etaloni kuta, koja je njihova namjena, kakva je njihova podjela i za što se koriste. Detaljnije su objašnjeni i prikazani etaloni pravog kuta, njihova izvedba iz norme, odnosno dopuštena odstupanja za pojedine klase, način izrade, njihovo korištenje, te je za svaki etalon pravog kuta pronađen primjer iz kataloga različitog proizvođača i njegove značajke. Glavni dio diplomskog rada je njegov eksperimentalni dio. Najprije je popisana oprema koja se koristi u Laboratoriju za precizna mjerenja dužina koji se nalazi u sjevernoj zgradi Fakulteta strojarstva i brodogradnje. Detaljno su opisani i pojašnjeni postupci mjerenja okomitosti i pravocrtnosti čeličnog kutnika. Prvo mjerenje je provedeno korištenjem elektronskog komparatora. Prikazani su i komentirani svi dobiveni rezultati. Sljedeće mjerenje okomitosti i pravocrtnosti provedeno je uz pomoć trokoordinatnog mjernog uređaja. Također su prikazani su i komentirani svi dobiveni rezultati. U zaključnom djelu diplomskog rada je dan osvrt na rezultate dobivene elektronskim komparatorom i trokoordinatnim mjernim uređajem i naveden je zaključak. In the introductory part of the thesis, the basic concepts of measurement are described, which are necessary for understanding the results of measurement. In addition to the concepts of measurement, gauge blocks are also described, what they are, how they are divided, what they are used for. Angle gauge blocks are explained and shown in more detail. The permitted deviations for individual classes, the method of manufacture, their use, and for each angle gauge block, an example from the catalog of a different manufacturer and its brief characteristics are shown. The main part of the thesis is its experimental part. First is listed the equipment used in the Laboratory for precise measurements of dimensions which is located in the northern building of the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering and Naval Architecture. The processes of measuring the perpendicularity and straightness of a class 0 steel angle gauge block is described and explained in detail. The first measurement was made using an electronic comparator. All obtained results are presented and commented on. The following measurement of perpendicularity and straightness was carried out with the help of a three-coordinate measuring device called a CMM. All obtained results are also presented and commented on. In the concluding part of the thesis, the results obtained with the electronic comparator and three-coordinate measuring devices were commented and the conclusion was stated.
