U sklopu završnog rada dan je pregled mogućih azeotropnih destilacija smjese etanola vode. Dana je shema azeotropne destilacije s promjenom tlaka. Za odabrani tip postrojenja analizirana je potrošnja ogrjevnog i rashladnog medija za različite tlakove u kolonama. Drugi dio analize obuhvaća okvirne dimenzije kolona. Na kraju je dan kratak uvid u punila koja se koriste u destilaciji. As part of the final thesis, an overview of possible azeotropic distillations of the ethanol and water mixture is given. A scheme of azeotropic distillation with pressure change is given. For the selected type of plant, the consumption of heating and cooling medium for different pressures in the columns is analyzed. The second part of the analysis covers the approximate dimensions of the columns. At the end, a brief introduction into the packing used in distillation is given. |
