Popis: U ovom radu, prema zadanim parametrima te u skladu s važećim europskim normama za transportne uređaje, konstruiran je horizontalni trakasti konvejer za transport komadnog materijala. U uvodnom poglavlju opisan je povijesni razvoj konvejera. Od samog početka primjene kada su se koristili balvani za transport pa sve do današnjih suvremenih konvejera. U drugom poglavlju navedena je podjela transportne tehnike te načini obavljanja transportnog postupka. Opisana je prekidna i neprekidna dobava te je prikazana podjela sredstava neprekidne dobave. Zatim su u 3. poglavlju navedeni i opisani sastavni dijelovi trakastog konvejera. U četvrtom poglavlju istaknuti su neki od postojećih konstrukcijskih rješenja. U narednom poglavlju prikazani su funkcijska struktura, morfološka matrica te nekoliko koncepata. Također, odabrana je optimalna varijanta te su obrazloženi razlozi tog odabira. Nakon što je proračunata brzina trake te potrebna snaga motora, na temelju tih podataka odabran je pogonski motor, reduktor te remenski prijenos, odnosno pogonski elementi. U 6.,7. te 8. poglavlju iznijet je proračun standardnih elemenata te proračun nosive konstrukcije. Na kraju, prikazan je sam sklopni crtež konvejera s potrebnim presjecima i detaljima. In this paper, according to the given parameters and the valid European norms for the transport equipment, a horizontal belt conveyer for the transport of larger material pieces has been designed. In the introductory chapter, a historic evolution of the conveyers has been presented; from the very beginning of the application of the conveyers, in time when wooden chumps have been used for transport, all up to nowadays contemporary conveyers. In the second chapter, the classification of the transport engineering is listed, as well as various ways that a certain transport process can be performed. Also, the interrupted and continuous supplying process altogether with a classification for the continuous supply chain are described. Furthermore, the main parts of a belt conveyer are listed and described. In the 4th chapter, some of the current design solutions used up to this day are emphasized. In the following chapter, the functional composition, a morphological matrix and some of my own concepts are showed. The most optimal variant of the proposed ones is chosen and there are also desribed the reasons of making that selection. Moreover, the speed of the belt, the required engine power is calculated and therefore chosen a drive motor, a gearbox and a belt transmission based on the calculations that have been gained from the calculation process. In the 6th, 7th and 8th chapter the standard elements calculation are represented, altogether with the supporting structure calculation. Finally, an assembly drawing with all required cross-sections and details is presented.
