Popis: In this study, we aimed to investigate the correlations of serum Orexin-A level (SOAL) and the severity of coronary artery disease (CAD). A total of 80 participants (mean age: 55.7±12.7 years) were enrolled into the study. SOAL, electrocardiography and transthoracic echocardiography and 24 Hour Holter monitoring (24HHM) and coronary angiography were performed in all participants.
