This research was carried out 2017-2018 growing season in the Çukurova University Faculty of Agriculture, Department of Horticulture Research and Application Vineyard. Three-year-old Trakya İlkeren grape varieties which were planted row spacing and intrarow at 3.5x2.0 m distances on the cordon type order of 1103P rootstock. In the study, four different mulch materials (balck plastic mulch, dry mulch, straw mulch and bazaltic pumice) provide to control weed populations in plots of three different irrigation water levels were used (non-irrigation (control), 50% and full (100%) water levels). In order to determine the effect of different cover crop materials and irrigation applicants, weed species, general weed coverage, wet and dry weed biomass were examined. Almost all of the weeds are annual in all plots where different irrigation practices are applied, the lowest values in wet and dry weed biomass from black plastic mulch and the highest values from control were obtained. The lowest wet and dry weed biomass values were determined from black plastic mulch, then straw mulch in non-irrigation (470 g and 215 g), 50% (1670 g and 625 g) and in full water irrigation (745 g and 165 g, respectively). As a result, it was determined that it was possible to control weed populations on intrarows with black plastic mulch and straw mulch in non-irrigation, 50% and full water application vineyards. © 2019, Centenary University.
