| Popis: | PubMedID: 3184242 Standard IPS-82 and a wettable powder (Bactimos) of Bacillus thuringiensis (H-14) were tested against local mosquito species, Cx. pipiens and An. sacharovi, in the laboratory in Turkey. The dose-mortality regression lines for both organisms had similar slopes with each formulation. Bactimos was less effective against both organisms, especially at higher concentrations (LC95/LC50 5.78 vs. 1.95). |
