Popis: | Ovaj rad bavi se roditeljskim iskustvima i barijerama suradnji škole i osoba koje su roditeljstvo ostvarile u adolescenciji. Teorijski dio rada bavi se terminološkim i znanstvenim određenjem osoba koje su roditeljstvo ostvarile u adolescenciji, a zatim nudi sustavan pregled potencijalnih barijera suradnji obitelji i škole za koje se može pretpostaviti da su barijere suradnji s osobama koje su roditeljstvo ostvarile u adolescenciji. U empirijskome dijelu predstavlja se nacrt istraživanja čiji je cilj opisati barijere suradnji obitelji i škole koje su osobe koje su roditeljstvo ostvarile u adolescenciji identificirale u suradnji sa školom koju njihovo dijete pohađa, a za koje smatraju da proizlaze iz dobi u kojoj su postali roditeljima, kao i roditeljske prijedloge za eliminaciju tih barijera. Anketni upitnik ispunilo je 10 sudionika na osnovu čijih odgovora nije bilo moguće izvući empirijski relevantne zaključke. Zato se nastavak ovoga rada posvetio refleksiji na provedeno istraživanje i detekciji potencijalnih razloga neuspjeha ostvarivanja cilja. To su odabir metode i uzorka, esencijalizacija roditelja i sl. Zatim se predstavljaju alternativni metodološki smjerovi i rješenja istraživanja ovoga fenomena. Za kraj se predstavlja jedna radionička aktivnost namijenjena učiteljima razredne nastave čiji je cilj poticanje inkluzivnog pristupa suradnji obitelji i škole te njihova samorefleksija prakse. This paper focuses on parental experiences with cooperation and barriers to cooperation between schools and persons who became parents during adolescence. The theoretical part of the paper pretains the terminological and scientific definition of persons who became parents during adolescence, and then offers a systematic overview of potential barriers to cooperation between families and schools, which can be assumed to be barriers to cooperation with persons who became parents during adolescence. In the empirical part, a draft of the research is presented, the aim of which is to describe the barriers to the cooperation between family and school that persons who became parents during adolescence identified in cooperation with the school their child attends, and which they believe stem from the age at which they became parents, as well as parental suggestions for eliminating those barriers. The questionnaire was completed by 10 participants, whose answers were not enough to draw empirically relevant conclusions. That is why the continuation of this paper is devoted to reflection on the conducted research and the detection of potential reasons for the failure to achieve its goal, such as the choice of method, sample, essentialization, etc. After that alternative methodological directions and solutions to the research of this phenomenon are presented. Finally, a workshop activity intended for classroom teachers is presented, the goal of which is to encourage an inclusive approach to family-school cooperation and teachers self-reflection of their approach to parents. |
