Popis: This study investigates the level of secondary traumatic stress experienced by lawyers working in the field of immigration. The phenomenon of migration is an issue in the context of human rights, which is increasing day by day all over the world and is closely related to all countries. Many different professionals working in the field of human rights and humanitarian aid. Lawyers take an active role both in one-on-one meetings with individuals, in the work and transactions of irregular migrants, and in many different units of the state and international institutions and organizations. People working in the field of humanitarian aid have quite a lot of secondary traumatic stress experiences. For this reason, it is important to measure the secondary traumatic stress levels of the professionals working in the field of human rights in terms of the sustainability of their duties. Many different factors affect secondary traumatic stress such as professional experience, gender, age, are important factors in determining the level of secondary traumatic stress that lawyers are exposed to. The aim of this study is to explain the relationship between the secondary traumatic levels experienced by lawyers working with migrants and, their demographic variables. This study will contribute to the development of more efficient and effective work programs for professionals working in the field by revealing the importance of the secondary traumatic stress level experienced by lawyers working on the implementation of human rights.
