| Popis: | Metaplastic carcinomas of the breast are very rare and constitute less than 0.5% of all breast cancers. Breast metaplastic carcinomas are aggressive. They have worse prognosis compared to other breast cancers. We present a case diagnosed with metastatic breast cancer due to the rare occurrence of these tumours in treatment of which surgical chemotherapy, radiotherapy and hormonotherapy are employed together. © 2018, Pakistan Medical Association.
