Over the last decade, there has been a great deal of interest in exploring the psychosocial aspects of the healthcare environment of the working environment. The reason for this is probably exposure to high levels of stress at the workplace, dissatisfaction, and thus the increased risk of combustion syndrome at work. This all results in frequent conflicts. Emergency medical professionals (HMS) are exposed to high levels of stress in their workplace. The scenes on the interventions really do get really ugly and as much as trying to "erase" them from memory, it's simply not possible. Practically, we are surrounded by such events every day. Mental problems that occur as a result of stress can lead to a disorder that causes an individual to suffer permanently. In addition to the stress of our day, health professionals at HMS also encounter other problems that impair their quality of life, such as emotional exhaustion, chronic fatigue, cardiovascular disease, tumors, various mental illnesses), some of which will be described in this paper. The aim of the study is to determine whether the quality of life of healthcare professionals in emergency medicine and other healthcare professionals who do not work in emergency medicine and work night shifts differs. The survey will be conducted on a sample of 50 health professionals working at HMS and 50 health professionals working in other workplaces (dispensary, hospital departments). The study will use a standardized questionnaire to assess the quality of life of SF - 36 (2). The results will be presented in tables and descriptive statistics will be used in the data processing. |
