Popis: | Uvod: Sindrom sagorjevanja je psihološki termin za dugoročnu iscrpljenost i postupno pomankanje interesa za posao i smanjenje profesionalne učinkovitosti a nastaje kao posljedica prolongiranog stresa na radnom mjestu. Cilj rada: Ispitati prisutnost, intenzitet i karakteristike sindroma sagorjevanja kod zaposlenika Klinike za onkologiju Kliničkog bolničkog centra Zagreb (KBC). Ispitanici i metode: U istraživanje je bilo uključeno 111 ispitanika, 67 sestara i 44 liječnika. Istraživanje se provodilo na Klinici za onkologiju KBC Zagreb. Svi uključeni ispitanici bili su upoznati sa svrhom istraživanja i potpisali su suglasnost za sudjelovanje u istraživanju. Za istraživanje korišten je „Maslach burnout inventory za samoprocjenu“ (MBI). Za statističku obradu podataka korištena je deskriptivna analiza podataka, Pearsonov koeficijent korelacije, neparametrijski statistički testovi Kruskal Wallis i Mann Whitney test. Deskriptivna statistika za svaku pojedinu varijablu prikazana je tablično i grafičkim prikazom. Rezultati: Rezultati istraživanja pokazuju kako postoji prisutnost sindroma sagorjevanja u vidu emocionalne iscrpljenosti i depersonalizacije. Rezultati pokazuju značajnu povezanost sindroma sagorjevanja i muškog spola, te na značajnu povezanost emocionalne iscrpljenosti i depersonalizacije s obzirom na profesiju ispitanika. Zaključak: . U budućnosti bi bilo zanimljivo provesti istraživanje o povezanosti sindroma sagorjevanja i individualnih osobina ličnosti, te istraživanje o najčešćim stresorima na Klinici za onkologiju KBC Zagreb. . Introduction: Burnout syndrome is a psychological term for chronic exhaustion, gradual decrease of job interest and reduction in professional effectiveness, which occurs as a result of prolonged stress in the workplace. Objective: Examination of the presence, intensity and characteristics of the burnout syndrome in the Oncology department of University Hospital Centre in Zagreb (KBC). Subjects and Methods: The study included 111 subjects, 67 nurses and 44 doctors. The research was conducted at the KBC Zagreb, Oncology department. All involved respondents were familiar with the purpose of the research and signed the consent to participate in the research. For the study, "Maslach Burnout Inventory for Self-Assessment" (MBI) was used. For statistical data processing were used: descriptive data analysis, Pearson correlation coefficient, nonparametric statistical tests Kruskal Wallis and Mann Whitney test. Descriptive statistics for each individual variable are shown in tabular and graphical displays. Results: Research shows that there is a presence of burn syndrome in the form of emotional exhaustion and depersonalization. The results show a significant association between male sex and the burnout syndrome. Also, there is a significant association of emotional exhaustion and depersonalization with the subject's profession. Conclusion: In the future, it would be interesting to conduct a study on the connection between the burnout syndrome and individual personality traits, and to research the most common stressors at KBC Zagreb, Oncology department. |
