Popis: | Cilj istraživanja ovog rada je dobiti uvid u perspektivu i mišljenje roditelja školske djece s teškoćama u razvoju o ulozi pomoćnika u nastavi, promatrano kroz prizmu prava djeteta na obrazovanje. U istraživanju je sudjelovalo 13 roditelja djece s teškoćama u razvoju iz Republike Hrvatske. U prikupljanju empirijske građe korišten je polustrukturirani intervju, a dobivena građa podvrgnuta je tematskoj analizi. Rezultati pokazuju kako roditelji djece s teškoćama u razvoju ulogu pomoćnika u nastavi vide kroz školovanje, pomoć djetetu, pomoć roditelju i pozitivne promjene kod djeteta. Poteškoće s kojima se djeca s teškoćama u razvoju i njihovi roditelji susreću tijekom korištenja usluge pomoćnika u nastavi obuhvaćaju poteškoće u ostvarivanju prava, proces ostvarivanja prava na pomoćnika u nastavi, promjenu pedagoškog standarda, probleme s pomoćnicima u nastavi, prilagodbu djeteta na pomoćnika u nastavi i prilagodbu škole. S obzirom na navedene poteškoće, mogućnosti poboljšanja inkluzije djece s teškoćama u razvoju kroz korištenje usluge pomoćnika u nastavi roditelji vide kroz jačanje uloge škole u inkluziji djeteta, prilagodbu škole potrebama djeteta i roditelja, unapređenje rada pomoćnika u nastavi i promjene na razini sustava. Rezultati istraživanja ukazuju na dobrobiti korištenja usluge pomoćnika u nastavi za djecu i roditelje te poteškoće s kojima se susreću. Isto tako ukazuju na mogućnosti poboljšanja usluge kako bi se ostvarila bolja inkluzija djeteta s teškoćama u razvoju. The aim of this research was to investigate parents' perspective of children with disabilities about the role of learning support assistant, observed through the prism of the child's right to education. The participants were 13 parents of children with disabilities from the Republic of Croatia. Instrument used in this research was semi-structured interview and for obtained information was used thematic analysis. The results show that parents of children with disabilities the role of learning support assistant see through education, helping a child with disabilities, helping a parent of child with disabilities and positive changes in the child. Problems that children with disabilities and their parents face with while using the service are problems in exercising the right, a change of an pedagogical standard, problems with learning support assistants, adjustment of the child to work with learning support assistant and adjustment of schools. The opportunities to improve inclusion of children with disabilities by using the service parents see in strengthening the role of schools, for school to meet the needs of children with disabilities and their parents and to do appropriate adjustments, by improving the work of learning support assistant and by making changes at the system level. The results indicate the benefits of using the service of a learning support assistant for children and parents and the difficulties they face. They also point the possibilities of improving the service in order to achieve better inclusion of the children with disabilities. |
