Development of sequential control algorithm for car wash model in SCL programming language

Popis: U sklopu završnog rada bilo je potrebno razviti sekvencijalni algoritam upravljanja koji omogućuje rad modela automatske praonice. U radu je korišten programirljivi logički kontroler Siemens S7-1500, a sam algoritam napravljen je u programskom okruženju TIA Portal. Kôd je napisan u programskom jeziku SCL, dok je vizualizacijsko sučelje kojim se omogućuje upravljanje i nadgledanje rada praonice napravljeno pomoću alata WinCC. Naposljetku je bilo potrebno provjeriti funkcionalnost samog algoritma što je napravljeno pomoću alata PLCSIM koji omogućava simulaciju stvarnog sustava upravljanja. As part of the final work, it was necessary to develop a sequential control algorithm that allows the operation of the automatic car wash model. The paper used a programmable logic controller Siemens S7-1500, and the algorithm itself was made in the programming environment TIA Portal. The code was written in the SCL programming language, while the visualization interface that allows control and monitoring of car wash model was made using the WinCC application. Finally, it was necessary to check the functionality of the algorithm itself, which was done using the PLCSIM, tool which allows the simulation of the actual control system.
