Uslijed ubrzanog razvoja tehnologije, rasta stupnja motorizacije i gustoće cestovnog prometa, javljaju se razni problemi u praćenju i planiranju prometnih procesa, a geografski informacijski sustavi (GIS) jedan su od alata koji pomažu rješavanju takvih problema. U cilju informiranja i usmjeravanja krajnjih korisnika javnih prometnica potrebno je načiniti web portal za prikaz karte prometnica s uslugom usmjeravanja na zadanu adresu. Kao pripremu za rad na projekt potrebno je istražiti trenutno stanje tehnologije u području GIS sustava i sustava za usmjeravanje na zadanu adresu temeljenih na otvorenom kôdu, te ih usporediti s odabranim komercijalnim rješenjima. Na željenoj regiji RH (ili cijeloj RH) potrebno je realizirati uslugu prikaza zemljovida, uslugu pronalaženja lokacije traženog mjesta na georeferiranom zemljovidu te usmjeravanja na zadanu adresu. Također treba predvidjeti i osigurati krajnjem korisniku mogućnost zadavanja ograničenja prolaska kroz određene točke ili dionice prometnice. Koristeći karte dostupne kroz projekt OpenStreetMap potrebno je pripremiti kartografsku podlogu, georeferencirati ograničeni odabrani skup točaka od interesa, specificirati korisničke zahtjeve web portala, osmisliti i pripremiti prijedlog tehničkog rješenja te ga izvesti i dokumentirati. Potrebno je detaljno opisati sve korištene tehnologije i korake u radu potrebne da bi se ostvarilo traženo, te priložiti postupnik rada kako pokrenuti programsko rješenje na novom poslužitelju. As a result of the rapid development of technology, the increase in the degree of motorization and the density of road traffic, various problems arise in the monitoring and planning of traffic processes, and geographic information systems (GIS) are one of the tools that help solve such problems. In order to inform and guide the end users of public roads, it is necessary to create a web portal to display the road map with the service of directing to the given address. As preparation for working on the project, it is necessary to research the current state of technology in the field of GIS systems and routing systems based on open source, and compare them with selected commercial solutions. In the desired region of the Republic of Croatia (or the whole of the Republic of Croatia), it is necessary to realize the service of displaying the map, the service of finding the location of the requested place on the georeferenced map and directing to the given address. It is also necessary to foresee and provide the end user with the possibility of setting restrictions on passing through certain points or sections of the road. Using the maps available through the OpenStreetMap project, it is necessary to prepare a map base, georeference a limited selected set of points of interest, specify user requirements of the web portal, design and prepare a proposal for a technical solution, and execute and document it. It is necessary to describe in detail all the technologies used and the steps in the work necessary to achieve the requested, and to attach the work steps on how to start the software solution on the new server. |
