Popis: Prikazana je izvedba sustava za grijanje vode na brodu gdje je gorionik kotla glavni grijači element, a ispušni plinovi glavnog i pomoćnog motora sredstvo kojim se voda u sustavu može dogrijavati. Usmjeravanje ispušnih plinova se vrši klapnama, a svaki motor posjeduje po dvije. U sustavu grijanja vode se još nalaze i dvije cirkulacijske pumpe koje moraju osiguravati protok vode. Tlak kao veličina koja može utjecati kao poremećaj u procesu grijanja vode se također kontrolira. U radu je razvijen sustav upravljanja i nadzora koji omogućuje siguran rad kotla te ostalih potrebnih uređaja u cilju grijanja vode bez potrebnog stalnog asistiranja i nadzora od strane članova posade u njegovu radu. Upravljanje i nadzor ostvaren je pomoću programabilnog logičkog kontrolera. Razvijeno je i sučelje preko kojeg članovi posade imaju mogućnost interakcije sa sustavom upravljanja i nadzora. In this paper is shown a water heating system on a boat where the boiler burner is the main heating element and the exhaust gas of the main and auxiliary engines is a means by which water can be warmed up in the system. The exhaust gases are directed by dumpers, which each engine having two of them. In the water heating system are also two circulating pumps that must ensure water flow. Pressure as a physical value that can be affected as a disturbance in the water heating process is also controlled. In this paper, a supervision and control system has been developed that provides safe operation of boilers and other necessary appliances for the purpose of heating water without the need for constant assistance and supervision by crew members in its work. Control and supervision was accomplished using a programmable logic controller. Also an interface has been developed through which crew members are able to interact with the control system.
