Popis: | U ovom doktorskom prikazana je primjena naprednih metoda upravljanja i zaštite distributivnih mreža. Zbog razvoja i učestalih promjena u distribucijskoj mreži, potrebno je unaprijediti postojeće metode. Cilj ovoga istraživanja bio je razviti metode i algoritme koji imaju sposobnost automatizirati procese vođenja i zaštite u mreži na optimalan način i time skratiti vrijeme bez napajanja. Primjenom metoda inteligentnog pretraživanja razvijena je metoda adaptivne zaštite u okviru naprednih mreža. Predložen je novi algoritam za rješenje problema optimalne koordinacije i udešenje adaptivne zaštite, te algoritam za optimalnu rekonfiguracije mreže. Na osnovu rezultata algoritma optimalne koordinacije zaštite i algoritma optimalne rekonfiguracije mreže, predložen je model dinamičke adaptivnosti zaštite i algoritam samo-obnavljajuće mreže za zaštitu i vođenje srednjenaponskih mreža u stvarnom vremenu. Na izrađenom laboratorijskom modelu napredne mreže napravljena je simulacije primjene adaptivne zaštite i samoobnavljajuće mreže u različitim pogonskim uvjetima. Primjenom adaptivne zaštite povećava se selektivnost zaštite i raspoloživost sustava, te da se smanjuje vrijeme trajanje i učestalost prekida, i vrijeme isklopa zaštite. In this doctoral thesis, the application of advanced methods of management and protection of distribution networks was investigated. Due to the development and frequent changes in the distribution network, it is necessary to improve the existing methods. The aim of this research is to develop methods and algorithms that have the ability to automate the processes of management and protection in the network in an optimal way and thus shorten the time without power. The application of intelligent search methods will develop the method of adaptive protection within advanced networks. A new algorithm for solving the problem of optimal coordination and adjustment of adaptive protection, and an algorithm for optimal network reconfiguration will be proposed. Based on the results of the algorithm of optimal coordination of protection and the algorithm of optimal reconfiguration of the network, the model of dynamic adaptability of protection and the algorithm of self-healing network for protection and control of medium voltage networks in real time will be proposed. Simulations of the application of adaptive protection and self-healing network in different operating conditions will be made on the developed laboratory model of the advanced network. The application of adaptive protection increases the selectivity of protection and the availability of the system, and to reduce the duration and frequency of interruptions and the time of disconnection of protection. |
