Since the ancient times man has been using machines as basic tools in life. As technology improved interaction "human-machine" becomes more sophisticated and unmanned aerial vehicles has started to be used to help or even do human tasks. In this work smart glasses are being used as an element of augmented reality on which a graphic user interface for radio control unmanned aerial vehicle is being shown. In software environment used technologies are a robot operating system (ROS), Docker and Gazebo as a simulation of a unmanned aerial vehicle. Elements shown on a graphical user interface are altitude and aircraft's linear speed, a compass and an artificial horizon and in their background we can find a picture from camera-aircraft. This interface will definitely make it easier for an aircraft operator and will advance a task execution with an aircraft and also will make it easier to orientate in an environment. |
