Dva su pristupa problemu regulacije napona: linearni i prekidački pretvornici. U ovom radu je karakteriziran, projektiran i testiran rad silaznog prekidačkog regulatora s programljivom frekvencijom prekapčanja naponskog regulatora. Detaljno su opisane funkcijonalnosti svih digitalnih komponenti korištenih u dizajnu. Proveden je cjelokupni proračun komponenti za postavljanje frekvencije prekapčanja od 500 kHz. Karakterizacija sklopa je obavljena kroz mjerenja efikasnosti, valovitosti izlaznog napona, te testiranje rada sklopa na različitim frekvencijama. Također je provedeno mjerenje vođenih elektromagnetskih smetnji koristeći spektralni analizator i LISN sklop. There are two approaches to the regulation of voltage: linear and switching regulators. The subject of this thesis was characterization, design and test of a step down switching voltage regulator with programmable switching frequency. The functionality of the all digital components used in this thesis is described in detail. The complete calculation of components designed for setting the 500 kHz switching frequency was performed. The circuit characterization was performed by measuring the efficiency, the output voltage wavelength, and testing the circuit operation at different frequencies. Conducted electromagnetic interference was also measured, by using spectral analyzer and a LISN circuit. |
