Popis: Definiran je pojam automatizacije i zašto se koristi. Najvažniji dio automatizacije je računalo, programirljivi logički kontroler (PLC). Opisana je građa i način rada PLC-a. Dan je pregled PLC-a Siemens SIMATIC S7-1500 i ostalih modula. Opisan je korišteni pneumatski model kao i njegova funkcionalna zadaća, prešanje predmeta. Model prihvaća predmet u koš za prihvat. Klip isporučuje predmet na okretni stol. Predmet dolazi do preše, gdje se vrši prešanje. Nakon toga okretni stol postavlja predmet na polje za isporuku na pokretnu traku. Klip za isporuku gurne predmet na traku koja ga transportira na izlaz modela. Središnji dio rada je algoritam upravljanja koji izvodi tu zadaću. TIA Portal je alat u kojemu je odrađena sva programska podrška. FBD je jedan od programskih jezika u kojem je moguće programiranje u TIA Portalu. Algoritam se sastoji od mreža od kojih je svaka prikazana slikom i detaljno komentirana. Opisana je komunikacija između PLC-a i računala preko Ethernet komunikacije. The term automation and its purpose are defined. The most important part of the automation system is computer, programmable logic controller (PLC). The funcionality of PLC as well as its architecture are described. An overview of the PLC Siemens SIMATIC S7-1500 and other modules is given. Used pneumatic model is described together with its functional task, pressing of objects. Model accepts object. Piston loads the object on turntable. Turntable sets object in front of the press, where pressing is executed. After that turntable sets the object on position for loading to conveyor belt. The delivery piston pushes object on the conveyor belt which transports it to the model output. The main part of document is control algorithm which assures funcionalty. TIA Portal is a tool in which all software is written. FBD is one of the available programming languages in TIA Portal. The algorithm is made of networks that are displayed on images and detailedly annotated. Communication between PLC and computer via Ethernet communication is described.
