Popis: | Ovaj rad se temelji na teoretskim razmatranjima i izgradnji prototipa napajanja za pametnu sklopku ako se ugrađuje na mjestu gdje nije dostupan neutralni vodič. Nakon početnog proučavanja mogućnosti kako bi se mogao riješiti problem, odlučeno je da će izmjenično-istosmjerna pretvorba u situaciji otvorene sklopke riješiti transformatorskim spojem. Potrebno je bilo iz pokusa praznog hoda i kratkog spoja odrediti parametre nadomjesne T sheme transformatora jer su dani parametri potrebni za provođenje simulacijskog postupka u programu ANSYS Simplorer. Nakon određenih parametara transformatora, simuliran je sklop u stanju otvorene sklopke i testiran na eksperimentalnoj pločici, a nakon toga je simuliran i testiran u stanju zatvorene sklopke, kada se pametna sklopka spaja serijski trošilu. U navedenim režimima rada analizirani su valni oblici na karakterističnim mjestima te je analizirana korisnost sklopa u pojedinom načinu rada. This master thesis is based on development of power supply for smart power switches. Special feature of power supply is that it has to be suitable for places where neutral conductor is not present. Following discussion about the best possibility how to solve problem, it was decided that AC/DC conversion in open-switch state will be made with small power transformer. Firstly, it was necessary to find transformer's parameters from no load test and short circuit test. These parameters were crucial for ANSYS Simplorer simulations. After that, electronic configuration was simulated in open-switch state and tested on breadboard. Furthermore, electronic configuration was also simulated in closed-switch state, when load is connected in series with smart switch, and tested on breadboard. In both states, waveforms are analysed on elements and also power consumption in each state is discussed. |
