Osnovni cilj rada je bio analizirati važnost i obilježja leasinga kao izvora financiranja, te dati pregled stanja na tržištu leasinga Republike Hrvatske, te ga usporediti sa stanjem na tržištu leasinga pojedinih zemalja Europske unije. U radu je definiran pojam leasniga, njegove podjele, od kojih su najvažnije i objašnjene. Navedene su prednosti i nedostatci financiranja leasingom, obveze davatelja i primatelja leasinga te subjekti u poslovima leasinga. Na samom kraju rada provedena je analiza i usporedba leasing tržišta Republike Hrvatske i pojedinih zemalja Europske Unije. The main goal of this paper was to analyse the importance and characteristics of leasing as a source of funding, also to provide an overview of the situation in the leasing market of the Republic of Croatia, as well as to compare it with the situation in the leasing market of some European Union countries. The paper defined the concept of leasinga, its divisions, of which the most important ones are explained. The advantages as well as the disadvantages of financing leasing, obligations of lessors and lessees and operators in leasing are also defined in the paper. To conclude, there is an analysis and a comparison of the leasing market in Croatia and some other European Union countries. |
