Ciljevi sindikata se u prvom redu odnose na zaštitu i unapređenje uvjeta rada, promicanje radničke i društvene solidarnosti, te izgradnja društva u kojem će se poštivati prava radnika, njihov rad i pravo na isplatu plaće za isti. Uz to, temeljna načela sindikalnog djelovanja su zajedništvo i solidarnost koje se obavezno mora poštivati. Zanimljivo je kako najveći broj novih sindikalnih članova čine upravo žene, mladi te imigranti. Ipak, u današnjem dobu zapošljavanja u uslužnom sektoru ili u malim poduzećima, danas ima sve manje potrebe za učlanjivanje u sindikate, zbog čega dolazi do slabljenja sindikalizma. Tu dolazi do postepene zamjene sindikata praksom upravljanja ljudskim potencijalima. No neovisno o tome tko obavljao poslove zaštite i unapređenja uvjeta rada, u poduzećima je uvijek prisutna briga o zaposlenicima. The goal of unions refers to protection and advancement at work, promotion of worker solidarity, and building the society in which the right of workers will be respected, just as their work activities and their right to get paid for the work they did for the employer. What's more, the main philosophy of union activities are unity and solidarity which must necessarily be respected. It's interesting that the biggest number of new union memeber are women, young people and immigrants. Still, as there are big number of employees in service sector or in small businesses, the unions are getting weaker. Thus the unions are progressively replaced with a practice of Human Resource Management. But despite the fact who deals with worker problems and work rights, there is always some form of care for employees. Key words: unions, union replacement, Human Resource Management |
