Popis: | Uzgoj i othrana podmlatka predstavlja jedan od najvažnijih razdoblja u govedarskoj proizvodnji. Teladi je potrebno osigurati najbolje moguće uvjete života te voditi računa i o njihovom zdravstvenom stanju. Temeljem proizvodnih, zdravstvenih i ekonomskih učinaka othrane na punomasnom mlijeku do različite starosne dobi u pokusu je sudjelovalo 30 teladi Holstein pasmine. Telad je raspoređena u tri skupine po deset životinja, a vrijeme trajanja pokusa je 60 dana. Telad skupine I konzumirala je punomasno mlijeko do 30.dana, telad skupine II do 20.dana a telad skupine III do 10. dana. Do kraja pokusa sva su telad hranjena mliječnom zamjenicom. Kroz pokusno razdoblje na teladi u pokusu praćeni su osnovni tovni pokazatelji (tjelesna masa, prosječan dnevni prirast, konverzija iskorištenja tekuće hrane), učestalost proljeva te izračuna cijene kilograma prirasta po skupinama. Dobiveni rezultati tjelesne mase, dnevnog prirasta i konverzije tekuće hrane teladi, pokazali su najbolje vrijednosti kod teladi I skupine. Rezultati zdravstvenog stanja ogledan kroz učestalos pojave probavnih poremećaja, pojave proljeva, dodatno potvrđuju i pozitivan zdravstveni učinak kod teladi u skupini I. I na ovaj način se potvrđuje prioritet mlijeka u odnosu na mliječnu zamjenicu. Nižom cijenom prirasta dokazana je i ekonomska opravdanost upotrebe punomasnog mlijeka.
