Popis: | Jabuka je jedna od najrasprostranjenijih i najčešće uzgajanih sorti voća u Hrvatskoj i u svijetu. Kako se njena proizvodnja povećava, a kvaliteta smanjuje, sve veći broj poljoprivrednika okreće se ekološkoj proizvodnji. Takav način proizvodnje zahtjeva više truda i rada (suzbijanje bolesti kroz rad čovjeka, kao i korištenje raznih ekoloških preparata koji se također rade ručno), pa je i cijena krajnjeg proizvoda veća. Cilj ovog rada je bio utvrditi na koji način se jabuka može zaštiti od bolesti u ekološkoj proizvodnji na primjeru OPG-a Jug. Utvrđeno je da se pri zaštiti jabuke koriste agrotehničke, mehaničke mjere, a od kemijskih sredstava primjenju se ona na bazi bakra, također se koriste i prpravci na bazi različitih biljnih vrsta Apple is one of the most widespread and most widely grown fruit varieties in Croatia and in the world. As its production increases and quality decreases, more and more farmers are turning to organic production. This method of production requires more effort and labor (control of disease through human labor, as well as the use of various ecological preparations that are also done by hand), so the price of the end product is higher. The aim of this paper was to determine how an apple can be protected against diseases in organic production by the example of OPG South. It has been established that agrotechnical, mechanical measures are used in the protection of apples, and copper is used on the basis of chemical agents, and preparations based on different plant species are also used. |
