Popis: | Cilj ovoga rada bio je utvrditi proizvodne pokazatelje janjadi na poljoprivrednom gospodarstvu Vidović. Uzimanje tjelesnih masa janjadi izvršeno je pomoću digitalne stočne vage. Tjelesna masa uzete su od 15 janjadi križanaca ovaca romanovske pasmine i ovna pasmine Ile de France u dobi od 1, 30, 60, 90 i 120 dana. Dobiveni rezultati statistički su obrađeni primjenom MEANS procedure statističkog paketa SAS 9.4®. Janjad se pratila u dva ciklusa proizvodnje, odnosno tijekom 2021. i 2022. godine. Janjad je u istraživanju ostvarila prosječni dnevni prirast od 0,226 kg/dan. U 2021. godini janjad je postigla prosječne dnevne priraste od 0,206 kg/dan, a u 2022. godini ostvarila je prosječne dnevne priraste od 0,236 g/dan. Utvrđeni su zadovoljavajući proizvodni pokazatelji na poljoprivrednom gospodarstvu Vidović, osobito klaoničke mase (30,78 kg), mase trupova (16,57 kg) te randmani janjadi (54,01%). The aim of the present study was to determine the production traits of lambs on the Vidović farm. Body weights of the lambs were measured by using a digital livestock scale. Body weight was taken from 15 crossbred lambs of Romanov sheep and Ile de France rams at the age of 1, 30, 60, 90 and 120 days. The obtained results were statistically processed using the PROC MEANS by statistical package SAS 9.4®. Lambs were monitored in two production cycles, i.e. during year 2021 and 2022. In the present study, the lambs achieved an average daily weight gain of 0.226 kg/day. In year 2021, the lambs achieved average daily weight gain of 0.206 kg/day, and in 2022 0.236 g/day. Adequate production traits were determined on the Vidović farm, especially the slaughter weight (30.78 kg), the carcass weight (16.57 kg) and dressing percentage of the lambs (54.01%). |
