Popis: | L. monocytogenes predstavlja jako veliki problem za prehrambenu proizvodnju i za ljudsko zdravlje jer je uzročnik listerioze. Izvor zaraze je najčešće hrana biljnoga ili životinjskoga podrijetla, a izolirana je iz prirodnih okruženja kao što su rijeke, potoci, tlo itd. Trudnice, osobe starije dobi te osobe s oslabljenim imunitetom predstavljaju rizične skupine koje mogu biti inficirane listeriozom. Simptomi bolesti se očituju od probavnih problema do infekcije središnjeg živčanog sustava koji mogu završiti i letalnim ishodom. U prevenciji i zaštiti vrlo je važno provođenje kontrole kvalitete i zdravstvene ispravnosti u proizvodnji i preradi namirnica. Važno je pripaziti gdje se kupuje hrana i od koga se kupuje. L. monocytogenes is a very big problem for food production and human health as a cause of listeriosis. The source of infection is the most common food of plant or animal origin, and isolated from the natural environment such as rivers, streams, soil and so on. Pregnant women, elderly people and people with a weakened immune system are at risk groups that may be infected with listeriosis. Symptoms of the disease are manifested by digestive problems and infection of the central nervous system that can finish and lethal outcome. The prevention and protection is very important to the implementation of quality control and health safety in production and processing of foods. It is important to be careful where you buy food and from whom to buy. |
