Popis: U radu su analizirana dva načina proizvodnje konzumnih jaja. Konvencionalni način proizvodnje jaja i jaja visoke nutritivne vrijednosti, obogaćena omega tri masnim kiselinama. Financijski rezultat u proizvodnji jaja s PUFA n-3 viši je u odnosu na standardnu, konvencionalnu proizvodnju jaja. Primjenom analize točke pokrića, potrebno je proizvesti 261 jaja u konvencionalnoj proizvodnji, dok je obogaćenih jaja s PUFA n-3 potrebno proizvesti 255 po nesilici godišnje. Stopa pokrića s razlikom od 0,85% u korist obogaćenih jaja potvrđuje ovakvu proizvodnju ekonomski učinkovitijom.
The paper analyzed two ways of producing table eggs. Conventional way of producing eggs and eggs of high nutritional value, enriched with omega three fatty acids. The financial result in egg production with PUFA n-3 is higher compared to standard, conventional egg production. Applying the breakeven point analysis, 261 eggs need to be produced in conventional production, while PUFA n-3 enriched eggs need to be produced 255 per layer per year. The coverage rate with a difference of 0.85% in favor of enriched eggs confirms that this type of production is more economically efficient.
