Popis:	The overall purpose of this piece of research is to draw attention to the version of al-Siyāsa al-sharʿīya transmitted by Şehid Ali Paşa 1553 and investigate its meaning in relation to the other version of al-Siyāsa al-sharʿīya with which scholars are already familiar. As a second step, this essay will also look at the three writings embedded in the manuscript as a conceptual whole, and will explore what we can learn about the meaning of the version of al-Siyāsa al-sharʿīya transmitted by Şehid Ali Paşa 1553’s when we read it intertextually.
