Popis: Računalstvo u oblaku može se pojmiti na brojne načine. Osim definicije i funkcija istoga, značajnije je istaknuti ključne izazove i probleme koji mu u suvremeno doba prijete. Misli se na načelno samog procesa upravljanja, koji u središte zanimanja postavlja kvalitetu usluga, zadovoljstvo korisnika, a nastavno tome sigurnost i zaštitu podataka. Iako relativno novi koncept poslovanja, računalstvo u oblaku danas je vrlo razvijeno i sve popularnije. Ono pronalazi svoj značaj u svakodnevnom životu korisnika, ali i u poslovnom svijetu. S obzirom da podržava sve industrije, sektore i djelatnosti, u budućnosti se očekuje kako će ono postati jedno od osnovnih obilježja međunarodne ekonomije i globalnog društva. U svrhu podrške njegovu napretku i razvoju, važno je kontinuirano brinuti o upravljanju računalstvom u oblaku. Pri tome se posebna pažnja posvećuje kvaliteti usluživanja i zadovoljstvu korisnika. Osnovni generatori ovih učinaka su sigurnost i zaštita podataka, o čemu danas brinu brojni dionici na međunarodnoj razini. Cloud computing can be understood in a several ways. Apart from the definition and function of the same, it is more important to highlight the key challenges and problems that threaten him in the contemporary time. The managing itself places the quality of services at the center of interest, as well as the satisfaction of the users and data security and protection.Although a relatively new business concept, cloud computing is highly developed and more popular in the present. It finds its importance in everyday life of the users, but also in the business world. It supports all industries, sectors and businesses. Due that it is expected that it will become one of the core featuresof the international economy and global society in the future.In order to support its progress and development, it is important to continually worry about cloud computing management. Particular attention is paid to the quality of service and customer satisfaction. The main generator of these effects is security and data protection, which today is concerned with numerous stakeholders at the international level.
