Popis: | Završni rad iz kolegija „Turoperatori i destinacijske menadžment kompanije“ objašnjava nastanak turoperatora, razvoj njihova poslovanja i evoluciju proizvoda koji nude. Na samom početku rada prikazani su razlozi putovanja i prva putovanja koja su poslije postajala organizirana te su posljedično zahtijevala razvoj turoperatora. Oni bi osmislili kreativan paket-aranžman sastavljen od nekoliko ponuda koje bi pružile klijentu osjećaj ugode prilikom putovanja. Nadalje, utvrđuje se nastanak turoperatora, definira pojam turoperatora, ukazuje se na važnost njegova poslovanja i funkcije koje ima te je prikazana podjela poslovnog subjekta. Uz to, opisane su glavne karakteristike u njihovu poslovanju, za što se zalažu i što izbjegavaju, opisani su utjecaji koje oni imaju na klijente i obrnuto te su navedeni glavni trendovi u poslovanju i novi trendovi ponude i potražnje. U zadnjemu poglavlju ovog završnog rada prikazuje se usporedba između dva turoperatora u kojoj se analizira njihovo trenutačno stanje ponude te se prikazuju njihove prednosti i mane u međusobnom odnosu. The final paper from the course "Tour Operators and Destination Management Companies" explains the emergence of tour operators, the development of their business and the evolution of the products they offer. At the very beginning of the paper, the reasons for the trip and the first trips were shown, which later became organized and consequently required the development of tour operators. They would design a creative package-arrangement made up of several offers that would provide the client with a feeling of comfort during the trip. Furthermore, the origin of the tour operator is determined, the term tour operator is defined, the importance of its business and the functions it has are pointed out, and the division of the business entity is shown. In addition, the main characteristics in their business are described, what they stand for and what they avoid, the impacts they have on customers and vice versa are described, and the main business trends and new supply and demand trends are listed. As a final chapter of this final paper, a comparison between two tour operators is presented, in which their current state of supply is analyzed and their advantages and disadvantages in relation to each other are presented. |
