Predmet ovog diplomskog rada je kultura odgoja u obitelji s naglaskom na odgovorno roditeljstvo. U radu se opisuje odgoj, kultura odgoja, temelji obiteljskog odgoja, utjecaj obitelji, uloga roditelja u odgoju, odgovornost (osobna i društvena), dječja odgovornost (praktična i pretjerana), odgovorno roditeljstvo, osobine odgovornih roditelja, njihova komunikacija, prenošenje i utjecaj na odgovornost, osjećaj i svjesnost krivnje roditelja, pristupi roditeljima i obiteljski centri na području RH. Cilj rada je potaknuti na pravilno i odgovorno roditeljstvo, uvidjeti važnost i utjecaj takve vrste roditeljstva na dijete, odnosno doprinos razvoju u zrelu, odgovornu i formiranu ličnost spremnu na vlastiti život. Također su navedene radionice namijenjene roditeljima kojima ih se želi uvesti u odgoj za odgovornost kako bi usvojili vještine postavljanja granica i aktivnog slušanja te sposobnosti odlučnosti i dosljednosti, kako bi se upoznali sa svojim i djetetovim odgovornostima, potaknuli na preuzimanje vlastite odgovornosti, osvijestili neverbalnu komunikaciju i utjecaj sukoba na djecu te usvojili znanja o uzrocima stresa i njihovoj prevenciji. The topic of this Master's thesis is the education culture in the family with an emphasis on responsible parenting. The thesis describes upbringing, the culture of upbringing, the foundations of family upbringing, the influence of the family, the role of parents in upbringing, responsibility (personal and social), children's responsibility (practical and excessive), responsible parenting, the characteristics of responsible parents, their communication, transmission and influence on responsibility, feeling and awareness of parents' guilt, approaches to parents and family centers on the territory of the Republic of Croatia. The main purpose of the thesis is to encourage proper and responsible parenting, to see the importance and influence of this type of parenting on the child, in other words, to introduce a contribution to growth into a mature, responsible and formed personality who will be ready for its own life. The mentioned workshops are intended for parents and they want to introduce them to upbringing for responsibility in order to adopt the skills of setting boundaries and active listening, as well as the ability to be decisive and consistent, to familiarize themselves with their own and their child's responsibilities, to encourage them to assume their own responsibility, to become aware of non-verbal communication and the impact of conflict on children, acquire knowledge about the causes of stress and their prevention. |
