Popis: Termoenergetsko postrojenje odnosno termoelektrana proizvodi električnu energiju. U ovom se radu govorilo o termoelektrani na ugljen Plomin 2 snage 217 MW. U elektrani se proizvodi para potrebna za rad parne turbine sa temperaturom od 530 °C i tlaka 145 bar. Obrađeni su svi najvažniji sustavi i podsustavi u elektrani te napravljen toplinski proračun u kojem se došlo do korisnosti postrojenja i potrošnje pare i ugljena potrebnih za funkcioniranje ovog kompleksnog termoenergetskog sustava. Zaključak je potreba modernizacije elektrane radi povećanja stupnja korisnosti cijelog postrojenja. U radu su obrađeni sustavi za pročišćavanje dimnih plinova DeNOx i DeSO2 koji su sastavni dio elektrane. Radom tih sustava Plomin 2 je konkurentna sličnim termoelektranama na ugljen u Europi u pogledu emisija štetnih plinova. Thermal energy plant or thermal power plant produces electricity. This paper discussed the Plomin 2 coal-fired thermal power plant with a capacity of 217 MW. The power plant produces the steam required for the operation of the steam turbine with a temperature of 530 °C and a pressure of 145 bar. All the most important systems and subsystems in the power plant were processed, and a thermal calculation was made, in which the utility of the plant and the consumption of steam and coal needed for the functioning of this complex thermal energy system were determined. The conclusion is the need to modernize the power plant in order to increase the level of usefulness of the entire plant. The paper deals with the systems for purification of flue gases DeNOx and DeSO2, which are an integral part of the power plant. With the operation of these systems, Plomin 2 is competitive with similar coal-fired thermal power plants in Europe in terms of harmful gas emissions.
