This paper deals with the topic of developmental disabilities and ICT assistive technologies to help children with various disabilities. Assistive tools and aids are used for children with visual impairment, hearing impairment, speech and voice difficulties, motor difficulties, health difficulties, behavioral disorders and neurological impairments. As technology has advanced, medicine and assistive technologies have kept pace with it. Difficulties are detected earlier and more often due to the progress of technology, and in the same way assistive technologies have been increasingly developed. However, the main disadvantage of most assistive technologies is their price, but the advantage is much greater, which is the possibility of including children with developmental disabilities in order to provide them with regular living conditions. The aim of this paper is to present certain assistive tools or technology for children with various developmental disabilities that are a support in the teaching process, as well as a literature review with a critical review in this sense. |
