Angažiranost zaposlenika pojam je koji sve više zaokuplja pažnju brojnih poslodavaca, te su spremni uložiti vrijeme u poticanje angažmana kod svojih zaposlenika. Kako bi lakše pratili i mjerili angažman, koriste se brojnim instrumentima putem kojih lakše analiziraju i prate promjene na pojedinim radnim mjestima. Vrlo je važno uzeti u obzir sve ključne odrednice angažmana: prepoznati sve prepreke i pokretače angažmana na poslu, kako na organizacijskoj tako i na individualnoj razini. Što se tiče mjerenja, skala UWES i Gallup istraživanje najkorišteniji su instrumenti i daju najjasniju analizu angažmana i spremnosti zaposlenika na rad. Vrijedan alat što se tiče mjerenja i praćenja ponašanja zaposlenika svake organizacije, svakako bi bile baze podataka ponašanja i angažmana koje bi se mogle stalno ažurirati. Svrha ovog rada bila je analizirati najčešće korištene pokazatelje angažiranosti. Employee engagement is very important between many employees, and most of them are ready to put all their efforts and time to fostering engagement with their employees. To easier follow and measure engagement, they use different instruments, who help them analyze and follow changes on particular jobs. It is very important to consider the key determinants of engagement and recognize all obstacles of engagement at work, at organizational and individual levels. Between instruments, the UWES instrument and the Gallup survey are the most used instruments and they give the clearest analysis of employee behavior and engagement employee at work. For monitoring end measuring the employee engagement in each organization, certainly would be the behavioral and engagement databases that could be constantly updated, as well as performance reports and engagement policies. The purpose of these study was to raise awarness about employee engagement in organization. |
