Anaphylaxis is a clinical condition characterized by rapid and explosive development, possible difficult clinical imaging and specific therapy. This research paper will clarify the immune component of the development of anaphylaxis, explain the mechanism of the onset of anaphylaxis, the main causes, clinical picture and progression of shock, access and disposal and treatment. This research paper will evaluate the knowledge of nursing students about anaphylaxis and shock. The chosen topic is a life-threatening clinical condition that requires expertise and timely urgent patient care. The research has gained insight into the scope of knowledge that students possess and how satisfied they are with the acquired education during their college education. The survey was conducted during July 2022, and 102 respondents approached. The aim of the study was to determine whether there is a difference in the scope of knowledge in full-time and part-time students of nursing studies and to examine student satisfaction with acquired knowledge of the topic during their faculty education. Based on this, two hypotheses were made. Upon completion of the study, statistical data processing was carried out and both hypotheses were refuted – p>0.05 in comparison of knowledge and arithmetic mean of 2.94 on a scale of 1-5 in the study of satisfaction with acquired knowledge.
