Popis: Diplomski rad bavi se metodama ispitivanja bez razaranja. U radu su opisane neke od osnovnih i najčešće korištenih metoda ispitivanja bez razaranja. Opisane su i pogreške u zavarenim spojevima koje je moguće detektirati ispitivanjima bez razaranja. U praktičnom dijelu rada zadani strojni dio je ispitan sa dvije nezavisne metode ispitivanja bez razaranja. Zavar Z67C ispitan je radiografijom kao volumenskom metodom i penetrantima kao površinskom metodom. Analizom rezultata ispitivanja pronađene su manje nepravilnosti stoga je zavar ocjenjen prihvatljivim.
The thesis deals with non-destructive testing methods. Some of the basic and most commonly used non-destructive testing methods are described. Defects in welded joints that can be detected by non- destructive testing are also described. In the practical part of the thesis, the given machine part was tested with two independent non- destructive testing methods. Weld Z67C was tested by radiography as a volumetric testing method and by penetrants as a surface testing method. By analyzing the test results, the weld was rated as acceptable.
