Popis: | Izdržljivost se definira kao specifična karakteristika ljudske aktivnosti koja se očituje u održavanju radne sposobnosti pojedinca kroz duže vrijeme. Mišićna izdržljivost je sposobnost mišića u ponavljanju kontrakcija kroz vremenski period dovoljan da izazove mišićni zamor ili održi specifični postotak maksimalne voljne kontrakcije u toku dužeg vremenskog perioda. Mišićna izdržljivost je važan čimbenik uspješnosti u mnogim sportovima. U ovom radu prikazane su selekcionirane bazične vježbe u tri varijante po težini i metode rada sa konkretnim transferom na specifične kretnje i strukture u sportu u području mišićne izdržljivosti. Endurance is defined as a specific characteristic of human activity, which is manifested in the maintenance of an individual's working capacity through a longer period of time. Muscle endurance is the ability of the muscle to repeat contractions over a period of time, enough to cause muscle fatigue or maintain a specific percentage of maximal voluntary contraction over a long period of time. Muscle endurance is an important success factor in many sports. This paper presents selected basic exercises in three variations by difficulty and methods of working with concrete transfer to specific movements and structures in sports in the field of muscular endurance. |
