Popis: Mišićna izdržljivost je motorička sposobnost koja se odnosi na sposobnost mišića da obavlja specifične mišićne akcije koja se prolongiraju na duži vremenski period. Drugim riječima, možemo reći da je to sposobnost mišića za održavanje ponovljenih kontrakcija, odnosno savladavanje otpora tijekom dužeg vremenskog perioda. Navedena sposobnost veoma je bitna u mnogim sportskim granama i gotovo je svugdje zastupljena. U ovom radu prikazane su i selekcionirane metode rada i organizacijske metode rada u području mišićne izdržljivosti gdje je trening koncipiran tako da je opterećenje prilikom izvođenja vježbi isključivo vlastita masa. Također u radu je prikazan i plan treninga u mikrociklusima pripremnog i natjecateljskog perioda kao i program pojedinačnog treninga. Muscle endurance is a motor ability that refers to the ability of a muscle to perform specific muscular actions that prolong for an extended period of time. In other words, we can say that this is the ability of a muscle to sustain repeated contractions, that is, to overcome resistance over a long period of time. The aforementioned ability is very important in many sports fields and is represented almost everywhere. Furthermore, this graduate work presents selected work methods and organizational work methods in the field of muscular endurance, where training is conceptualized so that the load when performing the exercises is solely the body's own mass. The work also presents a training plan in the microcycles of the preparation period and competitive period, as well as a program of individual training for the development of muscular endurance.
