Zglobni utezi kao rekvizit u tjelesnom vježbanju te njihovo aktivno korištenje pojavljuju se prije mnogo godina.Tehnološkim napretkom i razvojem novih načina vježbanja dolazi do zapostavljanja i sve rjeđe uporabe istih. U posljednje vrijeme svijest o vježbanju s vlastitom težinom tijela raste te se samim time intenzivira korištenje zglobnih utega kojima se dodatno povećava težina tijela. Do ponovnog korištenja zglobnih utega dolazi prvenstveno zbog jednostavnosti njihove uporabe te masovne primjenjivosti, osobito kod vježbača početnika. Primarni cilj ovog diplomskog rada je prikaz osnovnih vježbi za razvoj snage sa zglobnim utezima. Cilj je opisati izvođenje vježbi po topološkim regijama tijela te njihova utilitarnost. Ankle weights, as an equipment for physical exercise, and their active use appeared many years ago. By development of new ways of exercising, technological progress and modern gym equipment, which was found very popular, their use had become reduced. Awareness of exercising with the body’s own weigth intesifies during last years and that is the reason why people started to use ankle weights again - because they want to enhance their own body weigth. One of the main reasons for the massive use of ankle weights is the simplicity of their use and usability of those especially for the beginners. Main goal of this graduate thesis is representation of basic exercises using ankle weights for development of strength. The aim is to describe exercises by topological regions of the body and their utility. |
