U ovom diplomskom radu riječ će biti o detaljnom objašnjenju konstrukcije stavova u disciplini trostava na 50 metara. Preduvjet dobrog gađanja je dobar temelj, odnosno dobra konstrukcija svakog stava te je ovaj rad pisan u skladu s tim. Također, u radu će biti riječi i o individualnom pristupu prema tehničkom i taktičnom dijelu treninga osvajačice brončane medalje na Svjetskom prvenstvu u streljaštvu. This diploma thesis provides a detailed explanation of position formation in the discipline of 50 m rifle three positions. Considering that the prerequisite for successful shooting is having a solid basis, the formation of each individual position is discussed in depth. In addition to the theoretical discussion of the three positions, the thesis includes a case study that presents an individualized approach to the technical and tactical training of a World Shooting Championship bronze medalist. |
