Popis: | U radu su prikazane podjele parnih turbina, također objašnjen proces pretvorbe toplinske energije pare u mehanički rad. Prikazane su izvedbe lopatica reakcijske i akcijske turbine kao i njihove karakteristike. Objašnjene su dvije glavne metode temeljem kojih funkcioniraju parne turbine, metoda stupnjevanja tlaka i stupnjevanja brzine. U nastavku je detaljno prikazana izvedba i dimenzioniranje turbogeneratora uz opisane sustave ulja i pare. Također, navedena je procedura za njegovu pripremu i upravljanje. Prikazan je proračun aksijalne turbine sa šest stupnjeva. Korišteni su poznati podatci s jednog LNG broda i na temelju tih ulaznih parametara tlaka i temperature pare je izvršen proračun brzine pare, kutova pare, sila, iskoristivosti i drugi parametri. The paper presents steam turbine classifications, it also explains the process of transforming energy contained in steam into mechanical work. Designs of impulse and reaction turbine blades are shown. The paper explains two main methods based on which steam turbines work, velocity compounding and pressure compounding. The turbogenerator was subsequently processed in detail with the described oil and steam systems. In addition, the procedure for its preparation and control is specified. This paper also contains, the calculation of an impulse turbine with six stages. Known data from a single LNG vessel was used and based on these input parameters of steam pressure and temperature, the steam velocity, the steam angles, forces, efficiency and other parameters were calculated. |
